Ab Dhabi Shipbuilding celebrated the 30th anniversary of its establishment, confirming its status as one of the leading regional companies in the field of advanced shipbuilding. On this occasion, an event was held at the company's shipyard in Abu Dhabi, in the presence of high-ranking officials from the UAE Navy and the Kuwaiti Navy, along with the leadership of the 'EDGE' group, key partners, and prominent figures from various regions. The event also saw the launch of the first ship of the 'Durra' class, 62 meters long, named 'Al-Nukhatha', under an unprecedented contract under which the group is to supply the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense with advanced missile boats. This is the largest maritime export operation in the region.
